HOW CAN WE DO THIS? 

You will give your client, or prospective client a decal for their cell phone, iPod, or other handhald device, that displays your company name and phone number. These electronic devices are the most frequently lost items in the country today and among the most expensive; some can cost over $1000.00. The decal also has our 800 number on it for the finder of the lost device to call.  
The finder receives a $30 reward! When put on a cell phone, your company receives GREAT ADVERTISING every time they use their phone!. 

The plastic card that comes with the decal has the information needed to recover the lost device on one side, and on the other side is your company information. Your client will always keep it with them, it won’t get wrinkled or lost as it is now a needed information card. Your number is always at hand to give to a friend or colleague for potential new business for your company.  

The call center operates 24/7 and only with real people. No recordings or automation. This makes for a quick recovery. 

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

When the item is lost, the FINDER will call our 800 number, so the call center operator obtain their personal information . They will be asked to leave the item in a secure place such as a business and get the name of the person it is left with. 

The person that lost the item will call the service and report the loss. If the item has already been secured, the call center operator will direct the owner back to where the item was left. If the item has not yet been turned in, the operator will take the necessary information from the owner so when it is found they will be notified immediately.
